Please tell us what Malwarebytes found in the scan.
Some info can be found be using Start Search type System Information. Please always post your OS version and build # found in Settings->System->About (use Copy Button if available in your version) as there are cures and problems for each build and everyone is running something different.īest practise would be to also include the above with the Motherboard make/model info, and/or what's in the box, chip, BIOS version, ram make and speed, GPU make/model would also be great info to be able to provide you with better informed help. I scanned my pc with Superantispyware and quarantined everything it found I scanned my pc with Malwarebytes and quarantined everything it found I uninstalled both browsers and reinstalled them I signed out of Chrome and tried to load the sites I cleared the cookies/cache (online and offline) and history I removed all extensions from Chrome and Firefox This is what I have done (none of which worked): I tried other devices on my wifi network (I have a home office) and all of them easily went to and the other site, and the maps loaded perfectly fine with no problems, which lead me to believe that the problem is with my laptop, but I don't know where to start. I can load any other site that I commonly use with no problems. The other site will load, but the map in the background will not show up (if you visit the site you can see the map). will not load at all, and I get a message that it cannot find the website.
